The intent of the FRYSC program is to broker services, connecting at-risk students, and families with the resources they need to develop self-sufficiency and a healthy, academically supportive home environment. Two types of centers make up the FRYSC network-Family Resource Centers and Youth Service Centers.
Each center offers a unique blend of programs and services determined by the needs of the population being served, available resources , location or other local characteristics.
